1. Definitions

This is the Peters Strategic Solutions Ltd. (“PSS”) Privacy Notice (“Notice”) to you regarding how PSS uses your personal information.

PSS staff and management uphold strict internal policies against unauthorized disclosure or use of personal information. 

We will never share your information with parties outside PSS, unless we have explicitly made you aware that we will, before you give your information to us. 

We use service provider services for payment processing, which requires sharing the transaction information with them over a secure connection, under a legal agreement that appropriately controls its use and retention. 

We may establish similar arrangements with other formally contracted service providers but always use privacy and security as key criteria when selecting them, and only share the data required for the service to function. 

2. Customer Information

All information related to financial transactions and member logins is handled through a secure connection. 

3. Sales

Contact information is requested at the time of a sale, to complete the sale, to deliver the products, and to enable subscriptions. It is also used to verify the credit card transaction when a credit card is used. Customer lists are not sold or distributed to third parties. PSS uses these customer lists to send occasional solicitations and its newsletter. Customers can opt out of all contact or specify only print or email contact by emailing support@strategicsolutionsltd.com.

4. User Registration

PSS uses registration lists to send important customer updates, news updates, occasional solicitations and its newsletter. You can be removed from our registration lists by writing to support@strategicsolutionsltd.com.

5. Cookie Policy

Cookies are used to enhance your user experience, such as making it easier for you to navigate the website, to remember your settings, for research purposes, and to provide security.

Persistent ID cookies occur on this site when you click “remember me” or are logged in. Session cookies occur on certain portions of the website. Session cookies expire when you close your browser.

6. Data Retention

PSS content is hosted on third-party servers. User access is monitored according to their best practices. 

PSS will store personal data during the term of the agreement and during the limitation period as defined by applicable law. Email subscription information is retained until the consent for direct marketing is revoked. 

If we inadvertently collect more personal information than intended, we endeavor to delete the extraneous information. When we no longer need to retain information or when deleting information on request, we endeavor to remove all copies. However, please understand that deleted information may continue to persist on backup media. 

7. Third-party Providers

Some PSS Website components or Services are operated by third-parties. When necessary and appropriate, PSS uses the following categories, which are not exhaustive, of third-party services:

  1. a) monitoring for cybersecurity events,
  2. b) content delivery networks and cloud hosting providers (for example, hosting and handling traffic to our site),
  3. c) financial services and payment processors (for example, your credit card and online payments),
  4. d) cloud email providers, 
  5. e) website performance (search engine optimize) and usage analytics,
  6. f) customer management and experience enhancement, or
  7. g) shipping and fulfillment services.

Where possible, we take steps to limit the ability of third parties to retain data about our users. 

PSS’s service providers may log standard technical information, such as the numerical Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access our site; and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site. Our service providers may also store and organize the personal information collected through this site on our behalf. 

PSS’s third-party providers primarily process information in the United States but may process data in other jurisdictions. Where applicable, we have entered into General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant Data Protection Addendums with third-parties who process data on our behalf.

In addition, for all PSS service providers, hosting providers and credit card processors and any other providers we may use in the future, the information collected from PSS users remains protected by the terms of our agreements with those providers and we will ensure that the information to be kept confidential and disclosed only to employees who require such access in the course of their assigned duties.

PSS may change the specific third-party providers from time-to-time and will transfer stored information to any new provider subject to similar restrictions and agreements. From time-to-time, PSS may work with third-party consultants or other service providers who may have access to personally identifiable information. In such cases, we will restrict their use of personally identifiable information in accordance with their assigned tasks.

8. General Data Protection Regulation

PSS has the right to process personal data of European Union (“EU”) residents
(a) due to their provided consent to PSS; or
(b) to conclude an agreement with them and to fulfill it. 


The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a)-(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. EU residents under the age of 16 should not submit their personal data for subscribing to our email solicitations and we will delete any such data if we become aware of it. The personal data recipients may be data processors who provide ancillary services to PSS. PSS will store personal data during the term of the agreement and during the limitation period as defined by applicable law or until the consent for direct marketing is revoked. 

PSS undertakes to handle personal data in compliance with the applicable data protection law, to ensure the security of the data processed, and to implement the appropriate technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data against unlawful destruction, accidental change, disclosure and any unlawful handling. The data subjects are entitled to
(a) request that PSS allows them to access and correct personal data submitted by them to PSS;
(b) request that PSS erase or limit the processing of personal data submitted by them and disagree with the processing of data if such requests are compatible with the performance of the agreement and applicable law;
(c) data portability;
(d) submit a complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the competent EU data protection authority.
