ChallengeThis organization designed and prototyped a novel psycho-social therapeutic service with never-before-seen proven results in depression (PHQ9) and trauma-related (PCL-5) symptoms. In an effort to progress the results through the next steps to make it available to the public, the founder was put into unfamiliar roles. The adoption of unfamiliar business roles limited their ability to grow, obtain key stakeholder support, and necessary funding. PSS Ltd. senior leaders were brought in to identify and deliver missing items.
